Digital products are delivered electronically and may be available for immediate download after payment. Because digital files can be accessed, copied or used after delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable once download access is provided.
If payment succeeds but download access is not delivered because of a technical issue, Marvel Clouds will first try to restore access, resend the download link or provide an alternative delivery method.
If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same product, the customer should contact support with transaction details. After verification, Marvel Clouds may refund or adjust the duplicate payment.
If money is deducted but the order is not marked as paid, the customer should contact support with the Razorpay/payment reference. Payment reconciliation may depend on the payment provider timeline.
If a product file is corrupted, missing or materially different from the product description, Marvel Clouds may provide a corrected file, replacement product, support or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds may not be provided for change of mind, wrong purchase after download, lack of required software/environment, customer-side customization issues, or violation of product license terms.
Orders for digital products usually cannot be cancelled after payment is verified and download access is generated.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method determined by Marvel Clouds and the payment provider.
Marvel Clouds may review exceptional refund requests case by case. Any approved exception does not create an automatic right to refunds in future cases.
