Marvel Clouds sells downloadable digital products including website templates, scripts, software tools, design assets, spreadsheets, documents, guides and related digital resources. Product details, features, compatibility, price and delivery terms are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Customers may be required to verify their email address using a one-time password before checkout or download access. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and maintaining access to the email address used for purchase.
After successful payment confirmation, eligible products are delivered through the customer account download section or a secure download link. Delivery may be delayed if payment verification, fraud review or technical checks are required.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, digital products are licensed to the purchasing customer for personal or business use. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, sublicensing, uploading to public repositories or claiming ownership of Marvel Clouds products is not permitted.
Customers are responsible for checking product requirements such as PHP version, WordPress version, Excel compatibility, hosting environment, third-party plugins or software dependencies before purchase.
Payments are processed through Razorpay or another supported payment provider. Prices may change at any time for future purchases. Orders are activated only after payment is successfully verified.
Selected products may include updates or support as described on the product page. Marvel Clouds may modify, improve or discontinue products and update availability at its discretion.
Customers must not use purchased products for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious or infringing activities, including malware distribution, phishing, spam, unauthorized access or copyright infringement.
Marvel Clouds and its licensors retain ownership of product source files, designs, documentation, branding and intellectual property unless a product page clearly grants different rights.
Some products may work with third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, fonts, images or payment gateways. Such third-party services may have their own terms, costs and usage restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marvel Clouds will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, business or data losses arising from product use, modification, incompatibility or inability to use a product.
Marvel Clouds may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this website with a revised Last Updated date.
